I have been a dedicated "follower" of Tracy Rhinehart, founder of Studio 108 School of Yoga, for years. And years. Why you ask? Well, she's truly a leader. She's never been one to follow a trend, is a fervent learner, and continually looking for ways to improve her world. Her offerings are always compassionate, gentle, thoughtful, and personal.
Tracy is known as the "teacher's teacher" by many because she has 'elevate' tattooed on her heart and really really really cares about lifting people up through her teachings. She co-founded Elevate Akron which was born out of an awareness that yoga, and other wellness-based practices, can help people live healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives. Tracy has a jillion other very impressive certifications....the list goes on and I know it will continue to grow as she grows.
