Not only is Michelle our founder and CEO, she's the sassy seeker - lively, bold, and full of spirit - who helps people get out of their own way, shake things up, play BIG, and enjoy the party of life.
What started out as providing opportunity for women who were looking to get back into the workforce after leaving their job to raise kids, quickly turned into an opportunity for anyone to have a more balanced life while providing specialized program management to large tech clients in Silicon Valley.

It's evolved as I've evolved. I've integrated wellness into my life over many years and I've realized the importance of that - I've seen it show up for me personally and professionally. When we feel good, we perform better and our relationships are better. That notion of self care is super super important. And now we infuse radical well-being into everything we do and it's really becoming a part of our DNA.
