Describe your life before you started working with Michelle and Brilliant Muse.
Prior to joining, I had worked for the same company for over 12 years. I was burnt out, so I decided to quit and take some time off. After 2 years, I decided that I wanted to go back to work, but on my own terms. That is when I was fortunate enough to meet Michelle. Michelle really took the time to understand my needs and wants in getting back into the workforce and quickly helped me land the best position within the perfect team!
How did you meet Michelle?
I’m so grateful to have met Michelle via a mutual acquaintance, who had worked with Michelle and had employed consultants via Brilliant Muse. I was told it was an absolute “must-do” to speak with Michelle. And she was so right. I felt an immediate connection to Michelle upon our first conversation.

Hands down it was Michelle. She is awesome, she just gets it. I know she has my best interests in mind. She isn’t just trying to “fill a spot”, she is truly out for a win-win situation. As well, the Brilliant Muse team is amazing. I’m so grateful to be a part of her team.
What were the top 3 things you liked the most?
TRUST — I completely trust Michelle. I know that I’m respected personally and professionally by her and that she has my best interests in mind, not just the bottom line.
MICHELLE — she has a phenomenal reputation and relationship with all the people she is connected with. That goes very far and is to be respected. She is very personable, caring, empowering, and mindful, all the while remaining truthful and realistic. She truly embodies what it takes and means to be a top-notch leader.
CONNECTIONS — Michelle’s network and community are vast. Again, she is very well respected and highly regarded amongst all who have interacted with her.
What was the biggest "aha moment” or learning you had from the experience?
Michelle is a fantastic “matchmaker.” She has the amazing ability to always perfectly pair two pieces together.
Michelle is always willing to put all her effort in and go above and beyond what is expected.
