Intention setting and vision boarding are powerful ways to communicate with our subconscious. Our subconscious will do anything to obtain the object of desire, opening all available channels to the conscious mind for information on how to do that.
Writing our heartfelt intentions down PLUS visualizing the type of experiences we want to have provides our subconscious with everything it needs to guide us in the right direction.
The subconscious is a powerful secondary system that runs everything in our lives. It’s a database, storing beliefs, previous experience, memories, skills. And it’s a guidance system that constantly monitors the information coming from the senses for dangers….and opportunities.
